Order processing & cancellation
- Once an order has been placed, processing begins immediately to ensure fast shipping. We cannot modify, cancel, or issue refunds for orders once they are processed.
- If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 hour of purchase at help@maitekalnina.com. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns & exchanges
We have a 30-day free return period policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at help@maitekalnina.com.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
To qualify for a return under these conditions:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos showing the issue.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet our criteria.
Non-returnable & non-refundable items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

Buyer's remorse or preference changes (e.g., "I don't like it" or "It’s not what I expected").
- Sale items, promotional discounts, and gift cards.

Perceived quality complaints (e.g., "It smells weird," "It feels different than I expected").

Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality.
- Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- You must provide clear, high-resolution photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- We may issue a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to request a return for further inspection before issuing a refund.
Chargebacks & fraudulent claims
We take fraudulent claims seriously. If a chargeback is filed:
- All evidence of the transaction, tracking, and communication will be submitted to the payment processor.
- Customers who issue chargebacks without valid reason will be banned from future purchases.
- Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first may result in legal action.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (if approved)
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping fees and processing costs are non-refundable.
- If a return is not pre-approved, we will not issue a refund.
